Registration Listing

2024/2025 Winter Conditioning

This program will be run by the Coaches at Colgan High School. Participation in Winter Conditioning does not guarantee a place on the Spring Team if try-outs are required due to large numbers. The Winter Conditioning registration will close on 2/20/2025.

Winter Training runs from 12/02/2024 to 2/20/2025. Practice time will be Monday - Thursday, as follows:

Boys - 2:45 PM - 4:45 PM
Girls - 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

All athletes must:

Have a concussion training on file with the athletic trainer or Coach Lucier - drop off to the front office or announced paperwork drop off event
Have a current physical on file with the athletic trainer or Coach Lucier - drop off to the front office or announced paperwork drop off event
Bring an emergency card (formally called "Blue Card") no later than the 2nd practice or return via Canvas to Coach Lucier.
Bring 32oz of water every day (will be required to be at practice)
